Shipping policy

AUSTRALIA

We provide a flat rate of $10 for all single book orders and $20 for all multiple book orders in Australia via Express Post with tracking, to make sure your book arrives as quickly as possible. 

Books are generally dispatched from the studio within 5-7 business days. Average delivery time is 1-3 days from dispatch. Should your order not be received within a reasonable timeframe, please contact northavocaeditions@gmail.com

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping starts at $15AUD, due to the weight of the 1.95kg book. Care has been taken to reduce these costs as much as possible to make the book more affordable, whilst still arriving in suitable condition and speed.

International shipping prices and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. All international shipping is via DHL Express who provide a fast and reliable service. Delivery on average should be expected within 3-10 days from dispatch.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country’s government. Any additional fees including but not limited to duties and taxes are not covered by the shipping fee charged when your order is placed. Any such additional charges must be paid by the recipient/customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office regarding these policies including duties and taxes. Some countries that charge import duties and taxes include Canada, Greece and France.

PURCHASE SECURITY

When you buy from us, you will need to provide payment details which will be processed via the payment gateway. Your payment details will be processed and stored securely with the payment provider. We do not and will not store your card or bank account details.
